Vision and Mission Statement
The vision of the SUHSD Teacher Induction Program is to build professional capacity within our district, increasing teacher efficacy, support, and leadership.
The mission of the SUHSD Teacher Induction Program is to provide a two-year, individualized, job-embedded system of mentoring, support and professional learning that begins the teacher’s first year of teaching. SUHSD hopes to provide each candidate with the opportunity to clear their credential while participating in this enriching mentorship program.
2025-2026 is an accreditation year for the SUHSD Teacher Induction Program. Please see the required evidence provided to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing for accreditation purposes:
